By providing your phone number and giving verbal consent during our initial phone call, you agree to receive SMS messages from MVA Direct LLC. These messages may include referral updates, provider coordination, scheduling assistance, requests for information, and case status notifications.

  • Message Frequency: Messages are event-driven and low-volume (typically 1–5 messages per patient as your case progresses).
  • Message and Data Rates May Apply. Carrier charges may apply to your mobile plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [your phone/email].
  • Consent: We obtain verbal consent by phone before sending any texts. Consent is not a condition of receiving services.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
